Prior to his calling to the ministry, Keith spent 25 years in
the entertainment industry.
From 1979 to 1980 he performed in the outdoor drama in
Hannibal, Missouri playing many of Mark Twain’s
lovable characters, as well as Mark Twain himself at age 70.
In
the years 1981 to 1984, Keith performed in Branson, Missouri
at Silver Dollar City and Shepherd of the Hills
outdoor drama.
In 1984, Keith accepted the position of director of
entertainment at Rawhide Wild West Town in Scottsdale,
Arizona. There Keith wrote and directed the daily
entertainment program as well as operating the park, and
creating special events until the summer of 1999.
In 1999, Keith accepted the call of the Lord to ministry. He
worked as the associate pastor of Echo Mountain Church in
Phoenix, Arizona. There Keith brought his unique style and
entertainment skills into the church and began enhancing worship
services with live drama and videos designed to accent the topic
of the day.
In 2004, Keith returned to his hometown of St. Louis where he is
presently the associate pastor of Morning Star Church. In this
capacity Keith works as the arts and worship director,
coordinating all worship services, writing and producing
original shows, and preaching on a regular rotation, but his
first love (entertaining) is still his Divine calling.
Keith delivers an entertaining message of God's love and
performs it in his unique way. His preaching style incorporates
his gift of comedy and his ability to bring an audience a
personal and practical message from the Lord. He has proven to
be an effective communicator to audiences of all ages and
backgrounds. Churches, revival services, youth rallies (and even
church groups who only want some comedy in their lives) will
testify that Keith is right on the mark!
